Sundooq is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within a given time frame. We ship every Friday except Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only. We offer free delivery to most cities in India.


If you think you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return it to the delivery person. Also, please call/text/whatsApp us at (+91) 9910902546 mentioning your Order ID and full user information. In most cases, we will ensure that a brand-new replacement is sent to you at no additional cost.


Our products are handcrafted in the same way as at home, with ingredients sourced from farmer collectives in India. The spices used in our recipe mixes are in their purest form, without any chemicals, adultrants and preservatives.

In case you are dissatisfied with the product, please reach out to us at and we will strive to give you a full refund on your purchase, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replaced product to reach you, may vary.
