I lost the recipe cards that came with my order. Where can I get the instructions?
You can access digital versions of all the recipe cards with cooking instructions here. You can also request us to send you the recipe card on whatsapp, reach out at 9910902546.
How long will my order take to be shipped and delivered?
Each of our mixes are made fresh, in small batches by hand, at our kitchen in Gurgaon. We ship order within 24-48 hours. Delivery in Delhi NCR takes 1-2 days, while for the rest of India it can take between 3-5 days. In case there are any delays we will inform you on email and via whatsapp.
Do you offer international shipping, outside India?
Yes, we can ship to countries outside India, but need a minimum order of INR 5000. The shipping charges are variable and based on the country of delivery. Please reach out to us at 9910902546 or team@sundooq.in for more details and assistance in processing your order.
Do you supply in bulk to cafes/restaurants/hotels? How can I buy your mixes in bulk?

OUR PACKAGING
We pack our recipe mixes on order, to ensure that your curries are made with the freshest and most flavourful spices and ingredients.
We are striving towards 100% sustainable packaging, however we make sure all materials we use are recyclable. At the moment, we pack our mixes in either resealable paper pouches for most orders and in glass bottles for some curated gift boxes.

REFUNDS
We offer a full refund on all purchases within 15 days of the order. In case you are dissatisfied with the product, please reach out to us on email and we will refund the entire amount of the product.
Our products are handcrafted in the same way as at home, with ingredients sourced from farmer collectives in India. The spices used in our recipe mixes are in their purest form, without any chemicals, adulterants and preservatives.
