ROGANJOSH - Native Kashmiri Chilly Curry
Ingredients: Kashmiri Red Chilly Powder, Fennel Seed Powder, Ginger Powder, Asofetida, Cumin Seeds, Cinnamon, Bay Leaf, Cloves, Black Cardamom, Salt.
Pre-proportioned for 500g of fresh protein (mutton or chicken) or produce (potatoes or mushroom). Serves 2-3. We pack our mixes in resealable paper pouches for regular orders and in glass bottles for our curated gift boxes.
