Peppered Broccoli Paneer Roast

A power packed veggie dinner roast, with our fiery pepper mix balancing out the sweetness of fresh peppers. Perfect as a side dish or even a light summer no-carb meal.


1pc Red Bell Pepper

1pc Yellow Bell Pepper

1pc (small) Broccoli

100g Paneer

1 tbsp Olive Oil

3 tsp Sundooq Milagu Mix

Salt to taste


  1. Prep your vegetables. Cut the peppers into small 1 inch pieces or long thin slices. Chop the broccoli. You can cut the paneer into cubes or scramble it over.

  2. Add the chopped veggies into an oven-safe shallow dish. Pour over the olive oil generously and salt according to taste.

  3. Now sprinkle the Sundooq Milagu Mix over the veggies and mix well. Ensure veggies are well coated.

  4. Roast in the oven for ~20min at 150 degrees. Add a tsp of butter right before you serve for some extra goodness. Optionally, you can add in some mozzarella for a creamier roast.

  5. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds or a sprinkler of the Sundooq Mix.
